Monmouth School won the plate final at the West of England Schools’ competition over the renowned links of Burnham and Berrow.

Beaten in the first round by a strong Canford team, Monmouth went on to record comprehensive victories against Taunton School and Cheltenham College to lift the plate trophy for the second year running.
