Old Monmothian makes Britain Proud

Monmouth School is very proud of Old Monmothian Robin Williams, 53, of Chepstow who coached Helen Glover and Heather Stanning to Gold in Wednesday’s first Gold medal for Team GB in the women’s pair.

Robin Williams has helped coach the pair into the record books as the first British female rowers to win an Olympic title. He is also involved in coaching the British lightweight men's four who took Silver in the rowing.
