UNTO US IS BORN A SON

The recording of the School’s annual Carol Service, made in December 2008, was released in autumn 2009 and has now sold almost 200 copies.  It is the only recording ever made of the whole School together and features the name of every boy and staff member taking part.

Unto Us is Born a Son will be on sale again this Christmas and is available from the School Shop, priced at £10.  For each CD sold the School will donate £3 to the services’ charity Help for Heroes.  The recording features many favourite carols and extracts from the Christmas story, and will make an ideal Christmas gift for friends or family, especially if they have Monmouth or Monmouth School connections.

Unto Us is Born a Son is available by post from the Director of Music, David Lawson.  Please send a cheque for £11 (inc £1 p&p) per disc to Mr Lawson at the School, clearly stating your name and address and the number of discs you would like.
