On 4^th July, 40 members of Symphonic Winds, together with instruments and percussion, departed for Lake Garda in Italy.  A week was spent presenting concerts both outdoors and indoors to a variety of large and appreciative audiences.  There were a number of excursions and visits including a boat trip on the lake and days out in Verona and Venice.  The weather was spectacular, food amazing and pupils were complimented on their excellent behaviour throughout.  Much thanks goes to the staff involved in the adventure (principally Mrs Dollins, Miss Beak and Mr Williams).
