Stone Cold: Junior Drama Production

Link, a teenage boy, has been kicked out of him and left to wander the streets by his mother and step father, on his travels he encounters many different characters who make their existence below the level which most of us would call society, surviving by their wits rather than their means. He also encounters the sinister Mr Shelter who may hold the answer to a whole raft of unsolved kidnappings.

The Junior drama production of Joe Standerline‘s play (based on the novel by Robert Swindells) was an impressive undertaking and, under the direction of Mr Murray, they all achieved a very engaging, at times shocking, and ultimately very professional performance of the play. Particular mention must go to Sam Norris as the creepy Shelter and to Chris Wright as Link who allowed the audience to enter a world which few of us will ever experience in real life.
