The timetable at Monmouth School contains 45 periods in a week, eight each day, Monday to Friday, and five on Saturday.  A full programme of extra-curricular activities (including music, drama, clubs, societies, etc.) is arranged during lunch hours, after school and at weekends.

There are over 60 clubs and activities which take place each week at lunch time and after school as well as an extensive range of boarders’ activities which, in most cases, are organised with Haberdashers’ Monmouth School for Girls.
