BIOLOGY TEACHER     

The School seeks to appoint, from September 2010, a well-qualified and enthusiastic Biology teacher to join a thriving department.  The successful applicant will be expected to teach across the age range, including GCSE and GCE courses, as well as contribute to the development of the Biology curriculum, particularly in the areas of IT and practical activities.  The ability to teach another science would be desirable, but not essential.  In addition, it is expected that they will be involved in the wider life of the School, both in pastoral and extra-curricular activities.

The closing date for applications is Tuesday 16^th February and interviews will be held on Friday 12^th March 2010.

The School has its own salary scale and accommodation may be available.  Children of staff are eligible for significant remission of fees at Monmouth School, The Grange (7-11), Haberdashers’ Monmouth School for Girls (7-18), and Haberdashers’ Agincourt School (3-7).

MODERN LANGUAGES TEACHER

The School seeks to appoint, from January 2011 a well-qualified Modern Languages teacher to join an energetic and thriving department.  The successful applicant will be expected to teach French at all levels up to A Level and either Spanish or German to GCSE, as well as contributing to the wider life of the School, both in pastoral and extra-curricular activities.

Sixth Form courses at Monmouth School are available to the students of our sister school, Haberdashers’ Monmouth School for Girls (7-18).
