How many sixteen year olds can say that as well as achieving outstanding GCSE grades, they are in the process of recording an EP with a nationally-renowned producer?  Dominic can.  After winning last year’s Monmouth’s Got Talent with an emotional performance of Athlete's Black Swan Song, Dominic decided to take the plunge and record five of his favourite songs with local record producer, Ron Rogers.  Ron was the lead guitarist and songwriter of the band T’Pau who had a string of top 40 hits in the 80’s.

Dom has just finished recording double vocal tracks for The Black Swan Song by Athlete, A Drop in the Ocean by Ron Pope, Hey Soul Sister by Train, Fireflies, which is also by Ron Pope, and The Scientist by Coldplay.  Ron will then use his studio experience to mix the two tracks together in order to get the best possible sound.

Dom will be distributing these CDs around local clubs and pubs.  Pupils can find Dom around school and get their copies that way.  Good luck Dom!
