On Saturday 26th November, 3 teams of 5 ran in the Welsh Schools Cross-Country Championships at Brecon. As the name implies, this involved schools and individuals from all over Wales. In the U13 race, we came 5th out of 12 teams, with Josh finishing 12th and Oskar 20th out of 89 runners. The U15 team gained bronze medals, the most successful runners being Alex (14th, and a year under age) and Rowan (23rd). The senior team went one better and won silver medals, with George 20th, Robbie 24th, Oliver 29th, Ben 39th and Marcel 41st. All of these will be eligible to run again next year, which bodes well!
